Quality Engineer

It is a company providing services in the fields of Quality Control, Manufacturing Support, and Engineering for the automotive, aerospace, and home appliances industries.

This job posting is seeking a Quality Control Engineer.

Quality Engineer (Control & Assurance) – Istanbul
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgy & Materials, Electrical, etc.),

1–2 years of experience in quality (control & assurance) within the automotive industry,

Knowledge of production, production control, and supply chain processes,

Familiar with ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001 standards and quality documentation (Control Plan, Work Instructions, etc.),

Knowledge of laboratory and testing equipment,

Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to work in a team environment,

Good command of written and spoken English,

For male candidates: completed military service,

Residing in or willing to relocate to Istanbul.

Job Description

Carrying out quality assurance and quality control processes,

Supporting the development and implementation of company quality policies,

Managing customer requirements and quality-related issues effectively,

Collaborating with all departments to achieve quality objectives,

Monitoring production planning and ensuring workshop activities comply with orders,

Reporting quality issues occurring in the workshop or at the customer and following up on corrective actions,

Tracking the implementation of corrective measures at the supplier’s site,

Preparing regular reports.
