A Quality Engineer ensures products and processes meet quality, safety, and performance standards by designing quality systems, inspecting materials and processes, investigating issues, and collaborating with teams to implement improvements and ensure compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities include developing quality standards, monitoring production, conducting audits, troubleshooting problems, analyzing data to generate reports, and working with suppliers and internal teams to maintain high quality. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Quality Systems: Design, build, and maintain robust quality control systems and procedures to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Inspect and Test: Monitor, inspect, and test raw materials, equipment, processes, and finished products to ensure they meet established quality and safety standards.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Investigate root causes of failures, product issues, and production inefficiencies, then develop and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and summarize data to generate quality reports, identify trends, and recommend improvements to processes and products.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with design, production, and operations teams to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Supplier Collaboration: Work with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet organizational quality standards and collaborate on solutions for supplier-related quality issues.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all manufacturing processes, products, and quality systems comply with relevant industry standards and legal regulations.

Work EnvironmentQuality Engineers often work in both office and manufacturing environments, collaborating with various departments to ensure that products are safe, functional, and defect-free from concept to delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
