Job Description: Quality Engineer

1. CAPA Implementation & Fulfilment**

Drive and sustain the 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method)** change management process.

Ensure effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) are identified, implemented, verified, and sustained to eliminate root causes of quality issues.

2. Quality Inspection & Testing

Conduct and oversee the Quality Poison Test to identify and prevent defective components or products from progressing in the production cycle.

Ensure adherence to standard quality testing protocols.

3. 5S Implementation on Shop Floor**

Lead and maintain 5S practices(Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.

Engage shop floor teams in continuous improvement activities.

4. Quality Audits – Internal & External

Plan, prepare, and facilitate internal quality audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate and support external audits by customers or certification bodies.

Ensure timely closure of audit findings and implementation of preventive measures.
