1. Monitoring Line rejection - Review and analysis of rejections to maintain rejections within

the targets.

2. Approval of in process Inspection Report

3. Approval of first piece/start up production.

4. Identify, implement & review the correction, corrective action for the non-conformities

observed during production.

5. Ensure the Fitment testing and Color appearance as per customer requirement.

6. Sampling inspection during production

7. Maintain Zero Customer complaints at Customer end and Achieve Customer satisfaction

8. Maintain 5s in shop floor

9. NG material handling & accountability in the system (SAP).

10. Limit samples maintaining

11. Raw Material cross checking during production.

12. Process parameter verifying against standard.

13. Implementing continuous improvement and Poko yoke system to control defect escape.

14. Quality - Dojo room trainer for new joiners

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
