Overview:

As a Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead) at Accenture, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of quality engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions across the application lifecycle. You will leverage your expertise in quality processes, methodologies, and test management to develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies. This role requires a strong leader who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive quality improvements, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and ensure quality across the application lifecycle.

• Develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies using advanced quality processes and methodologies.

• Act as a subject matter expert in quality engineering, providing guidance and solutions to complex problems that span multiple teams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals, quality standards, and testing strategies.

• Drive team decisions, manage team performance, and contribute to key organizational decisions.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to share insights and best practices.

• Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality engineering.

• Utilize data-driven approaches to assess testing effectiveness and drive strategic improvements.

• Develop and implement innovative testing methodologies to enhance the overall quality assurance process.

• Ensure advanced proficiency in Test Management and recommend advanced strategies for Quality Engineering Planning.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Advanced proficiency in Test Management and Quality Engineering Strategy and Planning.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end testing strategies, quality processes, and methodologies.

• Proven experience in leading and managing teams in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to provide solutions that apply across multiple teams.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Experience in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a related field.

• Certifications in Quality Engineering, Test Management, or related areas (e.g., ISTQB, Six Sigma, Agile Testing).

• Experience with data-driven approaches to assess testing effectiveness and drive improvements.

• Familiarity with modern testing tools, automation frameworks, and methodologies.

• Experience in mentoring and guiding team members to enhance their professional growth.
