Quality Inspector-Stone & Marble

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect quality of marble, granite, stone, and tiles received at site
• Check material as per approved samples, drawings, and specifications
• Ensure compliance with size, thickness, finish, colour, veining, and polish
• Identify defects such as cracks, pinholes, shade variation, warping
• Coordinate with vendors, site engineers, and procurement for approvals/rejections
• Maintain inspection reports, rejection notes, and quality records
• Monitor installation workmanship of stone & marble works at site
• Ensure adherence to company quality standards and project timelines

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering (preferred)
• Minimum 3+ years experience in stone & marble quality inspection
• Strong knowledge of marble, granite, kota stone, sandstone, and tiles
• Experience in high-rise residential / commercial projects preferred
• Ability to work at construction sites
• Good coordination and reporting skills
