  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Consultant Quality
  • The ideal candidate should have proven track record of crafting and delivering high quality solutions to clients in Quality Compliance Process Excellence space
  • This role requires strong leadership skills strategic thinking business acumen and deep understanding of Process excellence frameworks designing service based compliance frameworks and ensuring seamless integration into client s business processes
  • The consultant will collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver innovative scalable solutions that meet quality standards and compliance regulations
  • In this role you will create Go To Market strategy for new service offerings validate and prioritize business opportunities define value proposition evaluate alliances create RFP responses drive market intelligence and provide thought leadership on concept papers within the norms guidelines of Infosys
  • As a leader you will collaborate with quality and sales teams internal stakeholders and set the vision for how the service offerings are designed implemented and optimized for our clients

  • Solution Design Architecture
  • o Design end to end Quality solutions that address the specific needs of clients in various sectors e
  • g
  • Financial Services insurance Manufacturing Retail e commerce Healthcare
  • o Analyze the problem faced by the customer participate in discussions to understand the problems faced by the customer gather further data as required from the customer and use knowledge base from prior projects benchmarks
  • o Analyzing the solution defined to solve the business problem with a view to proactively identify risks identifying scope creep and estimate for the engagement
  • o Owns the proposal development and quality of the document solution
  • o Assists in development of the proposal by owning parts of the proposal document utilizes inputs from secondary research and case studies solution design in area of expertise product demonstration in multiple modules estimate effort in area of expertise in line with Infosys financial guidelines
  • o Create commercially viable solutions to address client requirements
