Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the company’s quality management system

Lead internal and external audits

Coordinate corrective and preventive actions

Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements

Train and mentor QA staff
-
Analyze quality data and provide reporting to management

Collaborate with supply chain, and other departments to improve solution and process quality.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
-
A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus
-
8–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control
-
3+ years in a managerial or leadership role
-
Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and other quality management systems

Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma)

Strong knowledge of QA tools, metrics, and audits

Ability to manage cross-functional teams
