Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure the implementation of quality standards across all café branches.
- Monitor the quality of products and beverages to ensure consistency and compliance with approved recipes.
- Evaluate branch performance and develop continuous improvement plans.
- Train staff on quality policies and food safety procedures.
- Prepare and submit periodic quality and performance reports to top management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the café or food & beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP / ISO 22000).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site and travel between branches.
