Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and ensure the implementation of quality standards across all café branches.
  • Monitor the quality of products and beverages to ensure consistency and compliance with approved recipes.
  • Evaluate branch performance and develop continuous improvement plans.
  • Train staff on quality policies and food safety procedures.
  • Prepare and submit periodic quality and performance reports to top management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the café or food & beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP / ISO 22000).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on-site and travel between branches.
