• Hours: Monday-Friday (6:45am-3:15pm)

• Pay : $90,000 DOE

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality department within a manufacturing facility near the Barrington area.

The role involves managing quality systems, maintaining ISO 9001 compliance, and driving continuous improvement across production processes. You will oversee audits, handle customer quality concerns, and lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Quality Department, ensuring consistent quality standards and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
• Establish, maintain, and improve internal quality standards while ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer quality concerns, complaints, and corrective action processes.
• Manage internal quality audits and maintain compliance with quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventative actions to improve product quality and reliability.
• Drive quality planning and process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing performance and reduce defects.
• Monitor and report key quality metrics, analyzing trends and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support new product introduction, process development, and quality documentation.

Qualifications and Experience required:

• Injection Molding manufacturing experience is required
• Associate’s degree or higher, or equivalent experience within quality systems management - preferred, not required
• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in a Quality Manager, Quality Engineer, or Quality Systems role within manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, audits, and corrective/preventive action processes
• Ability to read, interpret, and develop technical and quality documentation
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present information across all levels of the organization
• Bilingual is preferred
