Quality Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to lead and manage all quality assurance and quality control activities across our projects. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), Method Statements, Material Approvals, and Project Quality Plans, ensuring compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

-Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Quality Management System (QMS).

-Prepare, review, and manage Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) for all construction activities.

-Ensure compliance with contract specifications, drawings, and applicable standards.

-Review and approve method statements, material submittals, and shop drawings.

-Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality surveillance activities.

-Identify non-conformities (NCRs), manage corrective and preventive actions.

-Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors regarding quality matters.

-Maintain all quality records, reports, and documentation.

-Lead internal audits and prepare for external/client audits.

-Provide training and guidance to site teams on quality requirements.

-Ensure continual improvement of quality procedures and systems.

Requirements:

B.E. in Mechanical, Metallurgical Engineering, or equivalent

Experience in preparing and reviewing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).

Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO Standards.

Ability to develop and implement Project Quality Plans (PQP).

Preparation and review of Method Statements for project activities.

Handling Material Submittals / Material Approvals with client or consultant.

Preparation and implementation of Inspection & Testing Procedures.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
