You support our team as

QUALITY MANAGER (F/M/D)

Responsibilities

To ensure the creation and revision of the processes needed for the quality management system and implementation along with ISO 9001 standard,
Supporting supplier quality management activities, making supplier assessments and in house test for product material approvals,
Planning and managing the workflow in the Quality control processes,
Leading external and internal audits, reporting the results and tracking action plans, pre-audit planning, audit execution and evaluation,
Manage the corrective and improvement action plans to improve overall standards, EB and ISO compliance and Quality results,
Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers,
Working with other departments to establish quality requirements for external and internal needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering,
At least 8 years experience in a similar position,
Solid process understanding, experience with process mapping of value streams,
ISO 9001 experience preferable certified auditor,
Minimum 3 years of team management experience,
Knowledge of measurement systems,
Understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes,
Excellent knowledge of English is essential,
Very good command of MS office applications,
Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment.
