Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Logistics, Chemical Engineering, etc.).
- At least 2 years of experience in quality management or operations management.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP and GDP standards.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and demonstrate leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Advance level of English
- Ensure the implementation and auditing of the quality management system and standard operating procedures in the warehouses for which you are responsible.
- Report any non-conformities that arise during operational activities to the Quality Assurance Unit.
- Guide the team to ensure the timely achievement of annual quality targets (monitoring of DÖF, document reviews, internal audits).
- Conduct daily checks of assigned tasks through the ETQ system to ensure timely completion.
- Meet the conditions outlined in customer contracts and work towards increasing customer satisfaction.
- Lead change management and ensure the tracking of these processes.
- Ensure the continuity of Quality and Food Safety systems and maintain up-to-date documentation.
