1. Development and Maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Design implement and maintain QMS in line with ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 17020 and ISO 45001 standards.

Ensure alignment of QMS processes across all regional operations (KSA UAE Lebanon).

Regularly review and update policies procedures and documentation to reflect regulatory changes or company objectives.

2. Monitoring and Reporting

Develop and monitor qualityrelated action plans and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Generate periodic reports to assess the effectiveness of quality systems and highlight areas for improvement.

3. Audits and Compliance

Plan conduct and follow up on internal audits to ensure adherence to standards and regulations.

Support external audits and certification processes ensuring timely compliance.

4. Client Satisfaction and Claims Management

Monitor and address client satisfaction levels ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

Manage client complaints and claims conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.

5. Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) Management

Ensure adherence to HSE requirements in all operations addressing risks and promoting a safe working environment.

Lead initiatives to enhance HSE culture and compliance integrating OSHAD and NEBOSH best practices.

6. Employee Onboarding and Training

Oversee the induction process for new employees ensuring alignment with quality safety and environmental standards.

Conduct training sessions to promote awareness of quality and HSE requirements among employees.

7. Management Reviews

Organize and lead regular management review meetings to evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS and HSE systems.

Propose strategic improvements to enhance operational performance and risk management.

Qualifications Education

Bachelors degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

Experience

1015 years of experience in quality management with significant exposure to ISO standards and regulatory frameworks.

Prior experience in the Middle East region is highly desirable.

Certifications
  • Certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 or ISO 17020)
  • NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
  • OSHAD (Abu Dhabi Occupational Safety and Health System Framework) certification is an advantage.
Skills
  • Strong knowledge of international standards quality systems and HSE practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities.

Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across multicultural teams.

Additional Requirements
  • Willingness to travel across the Middle East region as needed.
