Quality Manager - OSP-Fiber Contract (STC)

Job Summary

Ensure all activities related to the OSP-Fiber project comply with quality standards and STC specifications. Develop, implement, and monitor quality control and assurance procedures to maintain project excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Quality Management Plan for the project.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and quality checks on materials, installation, and testing activities.
• Coordinate with client quality representations and third-party inspectors.
• Manage non-conformance reports and ensure timely corrective/preventive actions.
• Train project staff and subcontractors on quality requirements and procedures.
• Maintain records and documentation required for STC quality compliance.
• Support certification and regulatory audits as required.

Skills Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality Management.
• Certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years quality management experience in telecom OSP projects.
• Strong knowledge of fiber optic installation standards and testing procedures.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and reporting skills.
