Quality Officer

Qualification:

• Graduate preferably Pre-Medical background, Diploma or certification in Quality Management

Experience:

• 1 year of relevant experience within the hospital sector

Responsibilities:

• Reviews medical records and other documentation to ensure quality care.
• Conduct clinical review round and audit to monitor medical practices to improve hospital performance.
• Incident reporting & complain handling to identify and control the risk of injury to patient/employees.
