Quality Officer Graphics

iesta Group of Companies is hiring a Quality Officer for Graphics who will lead, train, and manage a creative team. The ideal candidate must have strong graphic design skills, the ability to build and supervise a 5–7 member team, and ensure high-quality delivery of all design tasks.

This is a leadership + quality control role for someone willing to train, guide, and grow a design department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide graphics training to team members (beginners & intermediate designers).
• Build and lead a team of 5–7 graphic designers.
• Ensure quality control of all graphic design tasks.
• Guide team on design standards, templates, formatting, and brand guidelines.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Set creative direction and maintain consistency in all outputs.
• Assist in presentation designs, documentation, and visual content creation

Required Skills:

• Strong command over PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
• Expertise in Adobe tools, including:

✔ Photoshop
✔ Illustrator
✔ InDesign
✔ Premiere Pro (optional)

• Understanding of:

✔ Callibry
✔ Millium
✔ Affinity Publisher

• Excellent quality checking skills.
• Leadership & training capability.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be open to learning and upgrading skills.
• Must have experience in graphic design and team supervision.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
