Quality Supervisor

Urgent Hiring:

• Ensure that employees are aware of and practice systems such as product knowledge, specifications, Santex quality practices (Quality policies, personal hygiene, personal safety) and quality standards.
• Organize training to machine operators, floor quality inspector & lab testing staff on monthly basis.
• Responsible to perform hourly basis floor visit and write observation and any blockage of product in a given format.
• Record and monitoring all laboratory instrument’s calibration along with plant equipment’s where needed and assure calibration performed before yearly expiry.
• Responsible to supervise lab function (testing of all incoming materials on the plant, FG product, Semi FG products) as well as trial product testing along with machine online quality inspectors for their true work performance & evaluation.
• Verify the compliance of packing, line inspection, lab documentation & record management.
• Check & document daily NCP (non-conformity product) of every previous shift daily.
• Check & sign-off line & lab registers with their daily shift work done.
• Verify lab testing data in QMS system feed by lab staff.
• Production floor line rejection material verification aligned with raw material officer.
• Responsible for the compliance of all raw material inspection & entries along with record management of all data.
• Responsible to feed internal complaint data & generate shift report via email to production, SC & WH team.
• Responsible to originate daily lab compliance email of all shift.
• Support OQC, lab staff & RM officer along with any supervisor in their absenteeism.

B. E (Chemical / Polymer) 2-4 years of experience in a similar industry such as FMCG, Pharma, or food industries.
