Quality Supervisor

Saudi Accreditation Center is seeking a Quality Supervisor to join the General Department of Quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, develop, review, and maintain approved policies and procedures in line with applicable standards and organizational requirements.

• Implement and monitor approved policies and procedures and assess compliance levels.

• Apply institutional excellence requirements and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Identify performance gaps, analyze root causes, and propose corrective actions.

• Analyze data and performance indicators to support informed decision-making.

• Prepare audit, performance, and follow-up reports.

• Support operational excellence programs and benchmarking activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in quality or institutional excellence roles.

• Excellent English language skills.

• Strong data analysis and reporting/dashboard preparation skills.

• Professional certifications such as EFQM , KAQA , ISO 9001 , ISO/IEC 17011 , or equivalent.

• GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) experience is preferred.
