Job Duties

• Update data and maintain databases, spreadsheet, etc. Create new databases and spreadsheets to support operations of department.
• Sort quality control records delivered from shop floor and verify information for completeness. Obtain supplier numbers for quality control records. Perform typing of letters, memos, meeting notices, faxes, E-mail (with attachments), etc. for department. Assist with creation of various procedures, instructions, forms, and records supporting the department. Perform other duties as assigned.
• Lift truck final inspection cards, statistical process control data form, and miscellaneous forms (memos, meeting notices, etc.) in the appropriate records.
• Provide departmental support of communications including arranging conference calls, transferring of telephone calls, receiving and delivering messages, paging personnel, etc. Schedule department meetings.

Minimum Qualifications

• 0-4 years related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math (including factions and decimals and have a solid English language comprehension.
• Good organizational, interpersonal, communication, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, word processing ability and keyboard (typing) skills.
