Key Responsibilities:
Costing & Estimation
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
- Analyze drawings and specifications to determine material and labor quantities.
- Prepare pre- and post-contract cost plans and budgets.
- Evaluate variations, claims, and change orders.
Measurement & Billing
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements.
- Prepare interim payment certificates (IPCs) and final bills.
- Verify contractor and subcontractor bills.
- Maintain measurement records and cost tracking sheets.
Budget & Cost Control
- Monitor project costs against approved budgets.
- Identify cost overruns and recommend corrective actions.
- Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate with Finance for cost reconciliation.
Contracts & Procurement Support
- Assist in contract administration and vendor evaluations.
- Support procurement with quantity verification and rate analysis.
- Review supplier quotations and material comparisons.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare regular cost reports and forecasts for management.
- Ensure documentation is maintained as per audit and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying.
- 3–6+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, estimation, rate analysis, and billing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation tools (PlanSwift / Primavera / CostX – if applicable).
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
