Quality Systems Manager

Job Objective

• To ensure proper Quality system management, monitor and record all activities which directly or indirectly impact on all aspects of the product quality, donor suitability and donor safety or GxP process in Plasma Supply Chain.
• To perform periodical assessment of Quality system through different KPI’s established in in Plasma Supply Chain.

Key responsibility

• To ensure proper implementation of Quality systems (Documentation, Deviation and CAPA management) in GEPD Plasma supply chain areas, in timely manner and without overdues.
• To ensure the implementation of a robust Risk Management system among Plasma Supply Chain areas.
• To establish KPI related to Quality systems and evaluate through the different Quality system KPI’s among Plasma Supply Chain areas.
• To provide proper technical guidance to the Area Quality among Plasma Supply Chain.
• To ensure compliance with current Regulations and Quality guidelines.
• Coordinate established departmental objectives and achieve them with the subordinates.
• Perform assigned tasks by direct manager.

Academic & Professional experience required

• Bachelor’s degree in health-related Sciences.
• Post-graduated in Quality Management preferably.
• Knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practices.
• At least 6 years of experience in Quality Assurance with at least 2 years in managerial role , Experience in a cGMP regulated environment.
• Very Good in English
