Purpose Of The Role & Responsibilitie

sPlaying a role in taking action and taking action for issues affecting Eskişehir Plant vehicle quality. Within the scope of Ford Production and Quality Systems, to examine the Ford Global vision and to further this vision. Carrying out vehicle quality tests in accordance with Ford systems. As a requirement of its role, the employee must review internal audit data and external customer complaints, and accordingly, ensure that the actions and priority issues necessary to protect external customers are put on a proper agenda

.In order to carry out the production at targeted quality level, to give final quality approvals of vehicles before shipment, to check that the products comply with the legal requirements, to follow up and finalize all internal and external customer complaints. To ensure that the vehicles selected randomly from the daily production are carried out within the framework of Ford's vehicle evaluation system, and to evaluate the results and report them to the management

.In general, this role contributes to the vision of quality beyond the expectation of customer by contributing to the reduction of final customer claim

sResponsiblitie

s• Following up the internal & external customer concerns of Eskişehir plant vehicles

.• Analyzing, preparing, reporting, verifying and following up the root cause and containment actions for internal & external quality metrics

.• Following and updating internal procedures originating from Global Ford Requirements (GFR)

.• Being a member of variability reduction team & problem review team & squad to improve product quality with using problem solving methods

.• Proactively identifying and addressing the risks related to product, process and suppliers

.• Evaluation of engineering approvals for new engineering design releases upon the product and upcoming projects

.• Leading continuous improvement studies for new and serial products in order to meet customer expectations

.• Working with Manufacturing, R&D and Method partners to improve quality performance, implement quality systems/processes and process controls

.• Preparing quality improvement metrics for daily, weekly and monthly tracking and trending

.• Leading the traceability and tracking systems continuity and improvements

.• Performing ISO9001 audits within plant

.•Ensuring ergonomic standarts and avoid process related health issues and coordinating approvals of Health Center

.• Leading and following up the improvements for Quality Systems

.• Being aware of the department purpose and targets related with OHS, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People, Maintenance, Environment and Energy

.• Managing technology and innovative systems approval and technical agreement process

.•Management and follow-up of compund area quality risky / retrofit / stopship / project vehicles

.Experienc

eExperience with automotive and industrial energy storage system designs at a high level and best practice

nGraduated from Engineering faculties of universities, preferably from Mechanical, Mechatronics, Metallurgy and Automotive department
