Could you be the full-time onsite Industrial Quality Engineer in Turkey, we’re looking for?
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive expertise in welding and fitting processes. You’ll workalongside dedicated, collaborative, and innovative teammates. You'll ensure the “Best in Class” quality level forall product lines in the Bursa Site. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (SupplyChain, Engineering, Production), manage the industrial quality activities .
We’ll look to you for:

Manage site Industiral Quality activities such as Process & Performance.

Lead APSYS (Alstom Production System) improvement plan for Industrial Quality requirements.
-
Ensure regular Process FMEA, Adapted Control Plan & Quality Control Plan update to improve Zero Defect objective, especially for Special Processes.

Ensure Digitalization of Controls & Processes using innovations.
-
Perform analysis at site level to improve Industrial Quality Performance.
-
Escalade the main anomalies detected on the production lines at site level & ensure theireffective treatment (Problem Solving tools).
-
Support decision for all Hand Overs (GO / NO GO) & NO GO Veto Right in any case.

Lead quality animation methodology deployment, in line with Continuous Improvement system.

Manage & develop the industrial quality team, using Quality Academy process & yearly training / qualification plan.

Experience or understanding of quality management and continuous improvementprocesses.

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering,Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.

Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and quality control tools.

Experience of Manufacturing methods, Good level knowledge Welding Process.

Familiarity with the procurement and supply chain operations.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills both in Turkish and English.

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analitical and problem solving skill.
-
Minimum 5 years experiences in Industrial (Railway experience is a plus).

Knowledge of Quality standard (ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI, …) and Quality tools.
