Position Summary:

The Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring that all products meet company and customer quality standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and effective communication across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow established quality standards, procedures, and documentation processes.
• Inspect and test materials, components, and finished parts to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain organized and accurate quality records and reports.
• Operate machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work center.
• Identify and report quality issues or process deviations.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality-related role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using computers and basic software applications.
• Effective communication skills across all levels of the company.
• Physical ability to handle and move parts, boxes, and equipment as required.
