Your Mission
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Technician to support our Quality team in day-to-day activities. This role is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience in quality control, inspection processes, and continuous improvement within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Your Impact

Conduct routine inspection and testing of incoming raw materials, perform in-process QC checks during mixing, filling, and final packaging stages.

Identify, document, and escalate non-conformities related to materials, bulk, and finished goods.

Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments.

Maintain accurate documentation of quality inspection results.

Ensure production personnel are following proper procedures for ongoing production checks.

Monitor and verify adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards across production lines.

Conduct sampling of raw materials, bulk mixtures, and finished products according to established protocols.

Support validation activities for new equipment, processes, and product trials.

Review batch records for completeness and accuracy before product release.

Participate in internal audits and help prepare documentation for external audits.

Verify proper labeling, coding, and traceability of materials throughout the production process.

Collaborate with production and R&D teams to resolve quality-related issues in real time.

Maintain inventory of QC consumables and ensure the laboratory workspace remains organized and compliant.

Your Impact

Bachelor of Science in a relevant discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Pharmacy, Industrial chemistry etc.)

ISO 17025 and/or ISO 9001 certification

Proficient skills to run GC Chromatography analysis

Previous Quality Control experience in chemicals, cosmetic, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Sensory skills with ability to evaluate fragrances.
