Quality Trainee

We are pleased to invite applications for the position of Quality Trainee / Engineer with Homegenie Building Products Pvt. Ltd., a 17-year industry leader in building products with 4 factories in Tamil Nadu and a strong presence across South India.

Role Snapshot

• Ensure strict adherence to material quality standards at all stages of production.
• Conduct inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and final output.
• Implement quality control procedures and maintain compliance with ISO/industry standards.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are taken.
• Prepare and maintain QC documentation, test reports, and audit records.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and project teams to maintain consistent product quality.

Profile We Seek

• Qualification: BE/Diploma – Civil / Mech / Production / Automobile/Industrial
• Experience: 0 – 3 years in building materials / construction quality control
• Skills: Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, knowledge of QA/QC standards and testing methods
• Mobility: Willing to travel for site inspections and vendor audits
