QUANTITY ESTIMATION ENGINEER

Job Title: Quantity Estimation Engineer – Real Estate
Experience: 10+ years (Developer / Contractor background)
Location: MUMBAI

Responsibilities:

• Calculate material quantities (tiling, plaster, flooring, painting, etc.).
• Prepare BOQs and rate analysis for cost control.
• Coordinate with purchase team for quotations & work orders.
• Verify contractor bills & quantities executed.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil/Construction Engineering.
• 10+ years’ experience in estimation for real estate projects.
• Strong BOQ preparation & finishing works knowledge.
• Proficiency in Excel/AutoCAD preferred.
