Job Description – Quantity Surveyor / Planning Engineer
Position: Quantity Surveyor / Planning Engineer
Experience Required: 5-12 Years
Location: Jaipur
Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: As per Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review BOQ, IPCs, IPAs, and subcontractor billing in compliance with contractual requirements.
• Conduct project planning, scheduling, and monitoring .
• Perform cost estimation, budgeting, and job cost reporting with a focus on cost optimization.
• Conduct risk analysis, delay analysis, and critical path identification to support claims and variation orders.
• Handle contractual correspondence, change of scope proposals, and EOT programs.
• Prepare and validate DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), weekly/monthly progress reports, and mitigation plans.
• Perform material reconciliation (cement, aggregates, steel, fly ash, admixtures, etc.) and control wastage.
• Draft General Arrangement Drawings (GADs) and review BBS (Bar Bending Schedules) for RCC structures.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for smooth execution and project compliance.
• Support resource planning including manpower, machinery hiring, and procurement planning.

Key Skills & Tools

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Road Estimator, MS Office (Advanced).
• knowledge of MoRTH and IRC specifications.
• Expertise in project monitoring, cost control, and claim preparation.
• Ability to analyse and optimize resources to meet project timelines.
• Qualifications
• B.E. Civil Engineering (or equivalent).How to Apply:
