We are seeking a Quantity Surveying and Cost Estimation expert to work with our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing and analyzing quantity surveys, cost estimates, and bills of quantities for construction projects.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and analyze quantity surveys, cost estimates, and bills of quantities

- Review and interpret project documents, including drawings and specifications

- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate cost management

- Develop and maintain cost databases and estimating templates

Requirements:

- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field

- 2+ years of experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation

- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and other relevant software

- Strong analytical and communication skills
