Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare BOQs, tender documents, and cost estimates.

Manage cost control, project budgets, and cash flow forecasting.

Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate contracts.

Handle variations, claims, and value engineering.

Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts.

Ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
