Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor with a diploma background to join our team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge in steel fabrication and clinical projects and possess strong analytical and estimation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review cost estimates and BOQs for steel fabrication and clinical-related projects

• Assist in project budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting

• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate measurement and billing

• Support project planning and execution by providing cost-related insights

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field (mandatory)

• Knowledge of steel fabrication and clinical projects

• Strong numerical and analytical skills

• Good communication and reporting abilities

Work Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Salary Range: PKR 35,000 – 40,000 (commensurate with experience and skills)

• Part-time: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (compensation will be discussed during interview)
