Quantity Surveyor

We are urgently required Quantity Surveyor with Civil Engineer background with minimum 3-4 years experience to join our team immediately

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Perform cost control and cost analysis throughout project lifecycle.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotes and manage procurement processes.
• Monitor project budgets and prepare cost reports.
• Ensure compliance with legal and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants.
• preparation of sub contractors payment certificate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• Valid UAE driving license (Preferred)
