Quantity surveyor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with experience in interior finishing projects. The successful candidate will manage all cost-related aspects of interior design and furnishing projects, ensuring value for money while maintaining quality and compliance.

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and bills of quantities (BOQ) for interior fit-out and furniture projects.
• Analyze architectural/interior design drawings and specifications to assess materials, labor, and time requirements.
• Prepare and issue RFQs, analyze subcontractor/supplier quotations, and assist in vendor selection.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Evaluate technical and commercial aspects of bids.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual terms, and quality standards.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure costs remain within the approved limits.
• Prepare interim payment applications, variations, and change orders.
• Track actual vs. forecasted expenditures and provide regular financial reports.
• Conduct site measurements and valuations of completed work.
• Prepare final accounts and assist with project close-out documentation.
