Quantity Surveyor

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for civil, structural, and architectural works from engineering drawings (CAD/PDF).
• Review and interpret project specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.
• Prepare quantity sheets for pricing, procurement, and cost control purposes.
• Coordinate with the estimation, procurement, and planning teams to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Update quantity takeoff sheets based on revised drawings and design changes.
• Identify discrepancies in drawings and raise technical queries (RFI) when required.
• Support the tendering process with timely and accurate quantity submissions.
• Maintain organized records and logs for quantity calculations and revisions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Diploma or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and methods.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Planswift, MS Excel.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
