Quantity Surveyor for / Pricing Engineer for GRC Factory
The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all aspects of contractual and financial matters on a construction project. This includes cost estimation, budgeting, procurement, and ensuring the project is completed within the approved budget.

Job Description:

• Analyze tender documents and prepare competitive quotations.
• Measure quantities and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
• Evaluate material, Labor, and equipment costs.
• Monitor project costs and manage cost variations.
• Prepare interim and final payment applicants
• Coordinate with design, production, procurement and finance teams.
• Maintain a database of suppliers, subcontractors and historical pricing.

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in cost estimation and quantity surveying, preferable in the GRC or construction industry.
• Skills: Proficient in Excel, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
