Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed TA/SD plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and project teams for seamless execution.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Generate reports and maintain accurate documentation in SAP.
• Support continuous improvement in turnaround planning and execution processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of total experience in maintenance planning or related roles with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Turnaround / Shutdown (TA/SD) planning.
• Diploma in Engineering or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Strong knowledge and experience with MS Project and/or Primavera (P6) scheduling tools.
• Proficiency in SAP, particularly in PM (Plant Maintenance) Module operations.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (both written and verbal).
