Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil construction projects—particularly high-rise buildings—and strong technical and analytical skills to ensure cost efficiency and accuracy in all project phases.

Employment Type: Full-Time

• Qualification: BE Civil (Preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Gender: Male

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities.
• Conduct rate analysis and manage variation orders.
• Handle material requirements and manage Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs).
• Review and process sub-contractor bills and payments.
• Monitor project progress and ensure cost control across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD (2D/3D).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in high-rise building projects is essential.
