Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Interior Fitout

Location: dubai

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for interior fitout projects.
• Evaluate project drawings, specifications, and scope of work to determine cost implications.
• Source, negotiate, and finalize prices with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage project budgets, track costs, and prepare regular financial reports.
• Monitor project variations/changes and prepare claims accordingly.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure alignment with budgeted costs.
• Assist in contract administration, procurement, and cost control procedures.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure financial efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the interior fitout industry (UAE)
• Strong knowledge of fitout materials, finishes, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and cost estimation software.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
