Quantity Surveyor

- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.

- Conduct quantity take-offs and material analysis.

- Track project costs and monitor variations.

- Handle subcontractor payments and final accounts.

- Ensure compliance with contracts and legal standards.

- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering

- Minimum 7 years of UAE experience in construction projects

- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and local regulations

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Proficient in MS Excel and QS software
