ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES – Quantity Surveyor-Civil,MEP

Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply

Responsible for taking quantities for Pre- tender & Post Tender as per the requirements.

Prepare variations and re-measurements as per the guidelines provided.

Preparing of BOQ, Reconciliation reports etc., on a timely basis as per the requirements.

Preparation of Rate Analysis as per the Company Standards and guidelines.

Preparation of Item wise quantity calculation as per the Company requirements (Axpert).

To check Sub- contractor’s measurements, if necessary.

Discuss the Task received with the QS Coordinator and if necessary Coordinate with Pre- tender & Post Tender QS- Muscat

HO.

Prepare a daily report and send it to QS Co-ordinator and Muscat HO on a daily basis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
