Position : Quantity Surveyor

Experience: Min 4+ years

Qualification : Civil Background

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and maintain BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for Civil // interior projects.
• Estimate project costs including materials, labor, subcontractors, and overheads.
• Evaluate tender documents and prepare cost analysis reports.
• Assist in project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Conduct site measurements and verify contractor bills.
• Prepare rate analysis and negotiate with vendors/suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and contract terms.
• Track project variations/changes and update costs accordingly.
• Support project managers and architects in financial and contractual matters.
• Prepare interim payment certificates and final settlement of accounts.
• Maintain documentation of contracts, purchase orders, and agreements.
• Work closely with procurement and site teams to ensure cost efficiency.
