Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with experience in building projects to join our team at our Delhi Head Office. The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, DSR, DAR and project billing.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates for building projects.

· Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings as per CPWD norms and site measurements.

· Reconciliation of all raw materials used at the site i.e Steel, concrete, tiles, Cement brick work etc..

· Assist in contract management and tender documentation.

· Monitor project budgets, cost control, and material reconciliation.

· Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, and contractors for cost planning.

· Verify and process contractor bills and invoices.

· Prepare progress reports and rate analysis.

· Ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual terms.

Skills & Requirements:

✓⬛ B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

✓⬛ 4-6 years of experience in Quantity Surveying for building projects

✓⬛ Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost estimation software

✓⬛ Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and billing

✓⬛ Good understanding of construction contracts and tendering

✓ ⬛ Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
