Quantity Surveyor

Position: Quantity Surveyor
Department: Construction (Hydro Electric Power Plant)
Location: Mankulam, Kerala
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and material take-off.
• Estimating quantities and costs for civil and structural works.
• Preparing rate analysis, cost estimation, and budgets.
• Monitoring project cost and preparing cost reports.
• Coordination with site engineers, contractors, and procurement team.
• Verification of contractor bills and measurements.
• Maintaining documentation and drawings related to quantity calculations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 04 years of experience in quantity surveying / estimation.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and drawings.
• Hands-on experience in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
• Good analytical and measurement skills.
• Ability to prepare accurate and detailed estimates.
• Strong communication & coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
