Quantity Surveyor

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and rate analysis
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow
• Prepare and certify contractor bills and running account (RA) bills
• Manage variations, claims, and change orders
• Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants
• Prepare tender documents and assist in vendor finalization
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and payments
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and company policies

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and billing
• Familiarity with construction contracts and tendering procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
