EKAM VENTURE is urgently hiring for a post of Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary:

Strong understanding of construction contracts, costs, and regulations.

- Proficiency in measurement software (e.g., AutoCAD), Excel, and other tools.

- Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Any Special Requirement – Knowledge of:

- State Schedule Rate, Rate Analysis, BOQ

- Indian Standard Method of Measurement (ISMMS)

- Indian Road Congress (IRC) guidelines

- Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) specifications

. Familiarity with:

- Pradhan Mantri Grams Sadak Yojana (PMGSY)

- Public Works Department (PWD) procedures

- National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) guidelines

Experience/Fresher- Typically 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying, construction, Detail Project

Report, Estimation, Bill of Quantities, Rate Analysis or related fields (Road Project).

Gender- Preferably Male

PayScale- Rs.30,000/- to Rs. 38,000/-

Work Location- Office / Site Pune, Pan Maharashtra

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
