Position: Quantity Surveyor
Department: Project Management Consultants

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India

Experience: 5-8 years in PMC

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary Offered: 40k-55k CTC

Role Description:

1. Execute detailed quantity take-offs from schematic, tender, and GFC drawings using Auto CAD, Cost X, or equivalent tools.

2. Prepare stage-wise BOQs, BBS preparation, cost estimates, comparative statement and rate analysis for core & shell, finishing, infrastructure, landscape, and amenities.

3. Recommend alternate materials, contracting strategies, and phasing options to enhance cost efficiency.

4. Track budget movement across stages, prepare cost plans, deliver monthly project cost report

5. Verify contractor/subcontractor bills and certify payments

6. Ability to co-ordinate and collaborate with internal and external teams.
7. Structural and finishing quantification

Qualifications:

B.Tech in Civil Engineering/Diploma

Skills:

High-rise group housing and commercial projects, with hands-on expertise in Mivan shuttering systems.
