Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in cost control, BOQ preparation, and contract administration, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and in compliance with contractual obligations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparisons
• Manage project budgets, variations, and cost reporting
• Assist in contract administration and claims preparation
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a QS (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost control
• Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software
• Attention to detail with excellent analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
