Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from initial calculations to final accounts. The Quantity Surveyor will ensure projects are completed within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ).
• Monitor project costs and provide regular financial reports.
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project expenses.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including procurement documentation.
• Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate contracts.
• Manage variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and verify work completed.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, company policies, and regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost control.
• Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software (e.g., PlanSwift, AutoCAD, Primavera, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certification (RICS or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Experience in [Building/Infrastructure/MEP/Steel Structure – customize as required].

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
