Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cost estimation, contract administration, and project financial management within the UAE construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
• Monitor project budgets and control costs throughout project lifecycle
• Conduct site measurements and valuations
• Manage subcontractor payments and variations
• Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations and standards
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants
• Analyze drawings (AutoCAD) and specifications
• Calculate material, labor, and installation costs
• Prepare pricing summaries
• Revise quotations based on design changes and client requirements.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.

Requirements

• BSc in Quantity Surveying (mandatory)
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the UAE construction industry
• Strong knowledge of QS-related software (e.g., AutoCAD, PlanSwift, Primavera, CostX, MS Excel, etc.)
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
